Ben Annand - 3 Hours of a 4 Hour Set at Crowbar in Boise, ID, 11pm-2am August 29, 2015

Recorded live at Crowbar, Boise's first club dedicated to electronic music! Many thanks to Eric Harris and Jason Kovac for giving me the opportunity to play a 4 hour set last Saturday night on opening weekend for Crowbar Boise. Longer sets allow the artist to fully explore multiple styles and get into a flow not possible in the typical hour or hour and a half time frame :) This got me to thinking to when the last time I played such a long set was, and it think it's all the way back to 2006 when I played 4 hours in Saratov, Russia (also first club I played on Funktion One), and 9 hours at the Shasta Gathering (my longest sets ever were here after starting a marathon tradition the first year I played unexpectedly into the morning). *Image by Amber Lichelle Photo
