Ben Garwood: Ground Hammer

Today’s guest is SAS veteran and entrepreneur Ben Garwood.    Ben served in multiple units in the British military, most notably in the SAS and as a member of the Pathfinders, an elite reconnaissance platoon for the British 16th Air Assault Brigade. The platoon was featured in the documentary Pathfinders: Into the Heart of Afghanistan. Ben is also behind HR4k, a company that curates clothing, coffee, and gear from U.K. and U.S. veteran-owned companies. He created a series of sci-fi-influenced fictional sagas titled Ground Hammer and the Defenders of the Realm.
