As Utah Valley University's first NCAA Division I Wrestling All-American, Ben's journey exemplifies resilience. At 40, he clinched the World Championship in Greco-Roman Wrestling in Greece, representing the USA. Beyond the mat, Ben inspires globally as a professional speaker, sharing his story with millions. His upcoming documentary, "STANDOUT: The Ben Kjar Story," premiered in Hollywood in February 2025. Ben and his wife, LaCol, are proud parents of three beautiful adopted children, all under five.
