In this episode, I share with you all a story of being the "6th man" on my high school basketball team. Through embarrassment, verbal and emotional harassment, and inappropriately exposing our weaknesses, my coach was one tough cookie. As usual, in high school I found 100% fault in my coach, and played victim. But now after 8 years, I see just how valuable the delayed gratification of achieving my own expectations was, and I offer you all 7 HUGE takeaways from that experience.
