Understanding Benchmark Reporting - Condos.  The host for this show is Raelene Tenno.   Ordinance 22-17 was signed by Mayor Blandiardi in 2022. The purpose is to track Utility use data for condo buildings on O'ahu.  Start date is June 2023 for buildings larger than 100,000 sq ft.  Smaller Condos will follow next year. In June 2023, those Condos will need to report their 2022 calendar year aggregate usage for utilities, Electric, Water and Gas if applicable.
