Leigh is a wellness advocate who seeks to integrate mindfulness and  belonging into everyday life. She has facilitated multiple workshops and seminars addressing anxiety, self-care, self-love, mindfulness, communication, resilience, leadership, and team dynamics. She understands the value available through experiential activities such as guided meditation and has found this tool to be beneficial for stress reduction, anxiety management, and self-care. Leigh is a proud graduate of Florida A&M University, Florida State University, and Texas Woman’s University. In 2020, she completed the Cognitively Based Compassion Training with the Center for Contemplative Science and Compassion-Based Ethics at Emory University, where she honed her skills in guided meditation.
