In 2016, he bought his first rental real estate and achieved a 485% ROI. In 2017, he represented himself winning the first case over an attorney representing a HOA. In the same year, being a newbie to real estate, he studied local construction regulation and related laws to acquire a permit to a construction within 3 days instead of the usual 3 weeks back and forward process. Within the first 4 years of his Real Estate journey, Benjamin expanded his portfolio across many states including Montana, New York, Massachusetts, Indiana, Delaware and so on.
