Ben has over 20 years' experience driving and consolidating growth in professional service firms across the legal, accounting and consulting sectors and now in the property industry. He builds engagement and a shared ownership of strategy by aligning people and culture objectives, shareholder priorities, client expectations and market opportunities. This approach underpins Urbis' Better Futures strategy, its 'one Urbis' culture and its role in shaping cities and communities for a better future.
Ben holds a master's degree in marketing, a bachelor's degree in social science and policy and has completed executive education courses with the Harvard Business School and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
