Bereavement Support

In this episode we are joined by Teddy's Wish Bereavement Counsellor, Paula Abramson. Paula gave her time and expertise to explain what bereavement counselling is, and how it can help bereaved parents in the immediate aftermath of loss, or further down the line.  We also chatted about the importance of bereavement support training for healthcare professionals who are looking after families, and how those early experiences, conversations and language used can have a lasting affect on parents.
