English: From the first wave of spanish DJs emerged Bernardo Hangar, one of the first genuinely underground techno artist at a time when Spain was literally in the “medieval ages” in what electronic music is concerned. He ends up subjugating his style and making him one of the most avant-garde and risky artists in southern Europe. It was normal, at that time, to see him in the most important festivals in Spain. After a long period of reflection and hard production work, he decided to create his own label Dark Forest, where he looks for new sound landscapes committed to the darker side of nature, launching its first EP “Starting Point” in September 2016. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Español: De la primera ola de DJs españoles surgió Bernardo Hangar, uno de los primeros artistas techno genuinamente underground en una época en la que España se encontraba literalmente en la “ época medieval” en lo que a música electrónica se refiere. Termina subyugando su estilo y convirtiéndolo en uno de los artistas más vanguardistas y arriesgados del sur de Europa. Era normal, en ese momento, verle en los festivales más importantes de España.
