I remember when I was in elementary school, and they encouraged us all to take up an instrument. I was attracted to the violin, and so I had a one-day lesson with a guy who said, "You are not meant for the violin." That was the end of my violin career, but I've loved the majesty of a violin ever since. It's a beautiful, beautiful instrument. It's like the notes are coming from God.
