Abby shares her knowledge from her experience as a barista from the fundamentals of great balance to the nitty gritty of what details to look for. As always with Abby, there are plenty of food analogies to better understand. "Anyone can brew coffee, anyone can try and make espresso or whatever it is," said Abby. "but if you're not looking for a balance in anything, in any facet of coffee, whether its roasting or brewing, you've gotta find that balance." Nathan is the president and co-founder of Baba Java Coffee. He founded Baba Java Coffee alongside his son, Joshua Parvin in 2017.
