She is an advocate for mental health awareness, has served on the board of Touchstone Mental Health, and is currently Vice President of her local NAMI affiliate. Through her story, she works to reduce stigma, increase understanding, and inspire support for those affected by schizophrenia. From her base in Minnesota, Liz shares her moving life story and mission.
