How would you approach getting people from classes in the gym onto the email list? Was thinking of printing off a QR code to take them to my landing page but curious to hear how you would handle it What's your end vision for the PTMA in 10 years time? From your experience, what is the best way to keep clients locked in and focused on their goals? Who do you look up to as a mentor, or who have you learned from the most? What was the turning point for you with coaching where you started to feel like you were really getting good at it? Was there a particular client or situation? How would you showcase social proof, whilst switching niches, if none of your existing clients are in your new niche? If we are to put on a workshop do you think a small fee is better than free? For new-ish clients how do you discuss price increases? I.e. for longer serving clients the trust has been build and a small price increase shouldn't be too much of an issue. But if you have someone who has initially signed up at your old price then a month later they get told it's increasing, how to handle that? What do you predict the fitness industry to be like in 10 years time now that AI is becoming more prominent in everybody's lives? How do I know if I'm being direct enough? How do I be more direct? Sometimes I think I actually struggle knowing what this actually means
