Het duurt allemaal te lang in de Den Haag en daarom komen gemeente, provincies, waterschappen en boerenorganisaties (LTO en NAJK) nu zelf met een stikstofplan. Ze willen de stikstofuitstoot per boerenbedrijf vastleggen en ze sluiten dwangmaatregelen niet uit. Boerenorganisatie Agractie vindt het plan maar niets. Maar wat dan wel?
