Over the ensuing years, her path has been heavily influenced by an elite field of mentors and teachers, some of which include Don Miguel Ruiz, Lynda Dyer, Dr. Steven Farmer, and Louise Hay. In 2013, Beth co-authored a book entitled, Trigger Your Happy, reminding us that Happiness is an inside job. In this book, Beth incorporates her unique perspective on how you can bring your life into Balance using a number of wellness modalities, including Chakra and Meridian alignment, Yoga, Reiki, Meditation, and a number of other energy balancing approaches. With a degree in Sociology and Music from the University of Guelph, Beth is a passionate philanthropist, a mother, grandmother, teacher, and author. She has spent a lifetime both seeking and sharing ways to live a healthy and authentic life.
