After a number of years as a successful magazine and book editor, and more than two decades as a public and media relations maven, Beth McBlain next became drawn to the study and promotion of the healing arts and the psychology of personal development. Over the ensuing years, her path has been heavily influenced by an elite field of mentors and teachers, some of which include Don Miguel Ruiz, Lynda Dyer, Dr. Steven Farmer, and Louise Hay. In 2013, Beth co-authored a book entitled, Trigger Your Happy, reminding us that Happiness is an inside job. In this book, Beth incorporates her unique perspective on how you can bring your life into Balance using a number of wellness modalities, including Chakra and Meridian alignment, Yoga, Reiki, Meditation, and a number of other energy balancing approaches. With a degree in Sociology and Music from the University of Guelph, Beth is a passionate philanthropist, a mother, grandmother, teacher, and author. She has spent a lifetime both seeking and sharing ways to live a healthy and authentic life.
