Beth started out her career with CBS News during campaign season, spent time working directly on Tony Blair’s campaign overseas, and also held positions at Politico and K-Street Capital. Now, Beth juggles her time as both acting COO and CMO at The Stagwell group after being personally selected to help build that organization from its inception. We spend a large portion of the interview talking about what it takes to determine organizational fit with your employees, as well as how to build strong teams. Beth has continued to develop her team and adapt her interpersonal communication skills during the COVID-19 pandemic, and discusses some of the strategies she uses to connect teammates. As a people-first leader, she explains her devotion to helping people with their personal development both inside and outside of her role at The Stagwell Group. Her responsibilities don’t end there-- Beth is also a full-time mom and talks about the importance of time management when it comes to her priorities with her family.
