Bethany's love and passion was competitive surfing.  She was preparing to compete in the 2020 Summer Olympics on the Canadian Olympic Surfing team. But during her fall semester  of 2019, she was raped and found out that she was pregnant. If she kept her pregnancy she would have to give up her spot on the Olympic team. Bethany is a single mom, competitive surfer, dental assistant, and college student. Her passion for her baby and everything in life is inspiring!
