Today, we are joined by our first ever podcast guest: Chad Crabtree.  Chad is a Colorado native living in Crested Butte, CO, and leading the renewable markets for Ulteig, an employee owned engineering company that focuses on power, renewables, transportation, and water. Chad walks us through his background growing up in Durango, Colorado as a nordic ski racer, whitewater kayaker, and and outdoor enthusiast. He let's us in behind the scenes and shares his path to becoming the Market Director of the renewables sector for Ulteig. His career, like most of our careers, had it's share of setbacks and hurdles but one of Chad's greatest gifts is turning challenge into opportunity.  We really enjoyed this conversation with Chad and know you will also.
