Better Together with Freddy Mahugu

On this episode of Running Times, Gagz welcomes Freddy Mahugu into the studio for an uplifting and warm conversation with the founder of the Wynnefield Track Club.    Freddy was born in Nairobi, Kenya, but during his formative years lived all over the world as his father worked to become the Kenyan Ambassador to the United Nations. Unbeknownst to Freddy, the lessons learned from this experience would shape his journey as he learned to meet the demands of fatherhood and career head on, while training for a bucket list marathon in 2010. From photographing Drake and Meek, to becoming a running and wellness coach, life has come full circle for Freddy. He is now one of Philadelphia's brightest ambassadors to the world, leading by example and embodying the mantra "Better Together."
