Between Pages and Screens Episode 1: Trachs, Summer Anime Season, and Favorite Books in July

Welcome to the first episode of Between Pages and Screens, where I talk about life, anime, books, and everything in between. Why I Started This Podcast* Audio commentary about disability, books, and anime * A way to practice my voice. I used to be able to talk 8 hours a day without flinching, but now it is a struggle to even do an hour of talking. * Show that daily living is still possible despite having a disability. Today’s Topics* Lack of trach supplies over the last couple of months* My favorite summer season anime* My favorite books that I read in July I intend to keep the episodes focused on disability daily living, anime, books, and sometimes other topics that have caught my attention. I am not necessarily the ideal candidate to start a podcast with the way my voice sounds. I have been told that my voice sounds like Marge Simpson, who takes multiple pauses lol. However, I am optimistic that in future episodes, I will gradually improve my speaking to the point where I sound like my normal self. I hope listeners will join along this new adventure with me.
