Beverley Densham – "My job is to empower and motivate people."

Beverley Densham has been a mindfulness Pilates coach for over 25 years, and was one of the first practitioners in the UK. Her story is an intricate and, at times, harrowing one—two near death experiences, domestic abuse and the collapse of her first, six-figure business—but these challenges have formed who she is today. Now she is driven to embrace the insight and wisdom gained from these episodes to inspire others to work towards better and more peaceful selves.
