Bexar County Republicans oppose SAWS rate increase

The Republican Party of Bexar County announced its opposition June 3 to the proposed San Antonio Water System (SAWS) rate increase and called for immediate reforms to improve accountability, transparency, and operational efficiency before asking working families to pay higher utility bills.
