AI governance isn't another compliance program where decisions are made in a vacuum. Instead, it's about building a centralized intelligence function across various teams to identify and understand AI tools, use cases, and vendors. A sustainable AI governance program evolves with the changing regulatory and technology landscape and is monitored and evaluated by the governance committee and other organizational stakeholders.
