Dr. Andy Bass was a prospect with the Tampa Bay Rays organization and during his professional career, he experienced the yips which ultimately led to his career ending. Dr. Bass took his own personal experience to develop a career focusing on the mental side of the game and currently is the Mental Performance Coordinator for the Pittsburgh Pirates.
