Whether they be heritage buildings which have stood for hundreds of years, or newer buildings from the last decade, they are all embedded into the fabric of our towns and cities across the UK.   Retrofitting is a hot topic of conversation in our industry at the moment. From material re-use and carbon savings to the ‘domino’ effect of how a good retrofit can influence the regeneration of a whole area, there are many reasons why retrofitting is crucial.
