Beyond the Announcements: D23 Takeaways

It's been a week since we were blessed to experience all the fun and magic at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event. We've returned home but we can't stop thinking about it. So, this week's show is going to revolve all around it as we go Beyond the Announcements: D23 Takeaways. Now, we're not going to recap everything Disney announced at D23. After all, you can find that in a hundred places, including our nightly bonus shows we did following each day. Instead, we tell you about the moments, and experiences that really stuck with us. Oh, don't get us wrong. We will talk about some of our favorite announcements. But we more want to explore the feelings we had about the entire event and discuss what we think everything we took in is telling us about where Disney is going next. Disney Stories of the Week Once we complete our time going Beyond the Announcements: D23 Takeaways, it's time for the Disney Stories of the Week. Honestly, most of this week's Disney news involved D23. So, we don't have a ton for you in this episode. But we do have a new foodie guide! Yep, we learned all about the tasty dishes that are coming to this year's EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. There are a lot of returning favorites but we're most excited for the new treats we can sample. We'll list 3 of those new items we are most looking forward to enjoying the next time we get to Walt Disney World. Certainly, that's not all.
