Early in my marriage, Rhiannon and I learned from Jen a powerful framework for asking forgiveness. Before that, I didn't even know that there was a difference between saying I'm sorry and asking forgiveness. But that lesson became a cornerstone of our marriage.   And later on, when U-District Physical Therapy wanted to strengthen our kindness culture, we brought in Jennifer to help us integrate forgiveness into the workplace.
