This week we welcomed the Owner Brad Farbstein of Real Ale Brewing Company, from Blanco, Texas. This one was rescheduled from the last spring and it was an absolute blast hanging out with the Texas OG from the Hill Country! It was a treat for the entire taproom to get the story from the man himself as Brad walked us through the early days of basement brewing in downtown Blanco to the growth that necessitated the beautiful brewery they enjoy now.
