Why is Climate Change so Hard to Fix?Major obstacles are conflict of interests, vast cultural differences, competition between economies, infrastructure discrepancies, lack of information, climate-change denial, the economics of reducing greenhouse-gas emissions, disagreement over sharing the burden of the climate change costs, and the politics of actively legislating climate laws and regulations, which are, unfortunately, going backwards.Climate is a globally complex and an often invisible issue. Because it is intangible and abstract, it is difficult for people to engage with the topic and to not feel uncertain about it. In fact, in our experience – virtually nobody even talks about it! Back to the original question: Why is Climate Change so Hard to Fix?The short answer is that people are complicated. Their beliefs and judgements can be clouded by their religious upbringing, political leaning, their ideologies and self-interests, what news channels they watch and what news-sources they read.
