John Canzano is in talking about the Oregon State Beavers losing to the Louisville Cardinals in the College World Series. Senator Mark Meek joins the show to discuss SB110 passing on the House Floor in Salem and will now proceed to the Governor for signature. "Jock Tax" passes and will provide $800 million in funding for a potential MLB stadium on the South Waterfront in Portland and Meek says that everyone was excited that this bill passed. Meek says that the passing of this bill is a big obstacle in bringing Major League Baseball to Portland. Meek also believes that it is a formality for the bill to go to the Governor's desk. The House of Strauss', Ethan Strauss joins the program to discuss his written piece about fans in the NBA. Strauss believes that the fans of the NBA are being put in a tough spot to watch and enjoy the sport. Strauss talks about the NBA Finals and how good of a series it has been so far. Strauss also talks about Inside the NBA and the worry that fans have that ESPN will hurt the award-winning show.
