Former longtime Trail Blazers executive, Michael Lewellen, joins the show to discuss the Portland Trail Blazers being up for sale. Lewlellen used to work for the Blazers and other big companies and has insights on how the potential sale of the Blazers may work. Lewellen talks about what it was like when he worked for Paul Allen and tells some great stories about some of the old plans that they had for the Rose Quarter that never happened. Lewellen thinks with new ownership some of these plans could be brought back out and the Rose Quarter could see an uplift. Lewellen, who worked with Phil Knight, talks about how he thinks Phil Knight would fit in with a potential ownership group for the Blazers. Brian Berger of Sports Business Radio joins the show to talk about the Trail Blazers upcoming sale. Berger talks about what Blazers fans can look forward to in the next 12-24 months. Berger talks about if Trail Blazers fans should be nervous about any other market could come in and acquire the Blazers when a new owner comes in. Berger talks about who the right owner would be in Portland. Berger says that it is all about the ownership groups and not a singular owner.
