Christopher Luxon appears to finally rule out ACT's referendum by ditching the word "intention" and just stating plainly that "[National] do not support going to referendum" and that National will "support it to first reading but not beyond that". So now we can put to bed the wiggle room in his language, now people will just have to decide whether they trust his new, clearer statement or not.
