The IMF has warned National about borrowing for tax cuts and has highlighted that those cuts will be inflationary. Winston Peters is now blaming the media for Prime Minister Christopher Luxon's ignorance on issues surrounding his speech on Sunday. This would imply that either the media has the power to influence the PM in ways not seen before, or that he's feckless and hasn't got an opinion of his own...or Peters is lying.
