#BHN National cancelled Regulatory Impact Statements unless they need them then they're essential

Christopher Luxon told us Regulatory Impact Statements were worthless so National cancelled them, he went so far as to say that even if they got RIS's his Ministers wouldn't read them...so why is Chris Bishop citing a Regulatory Impact Statement that says interest deductibility for landlords will put downward pressure on rents.
