#BHN Tamatha Paul on Youth Crime Announcement | Pharmac's funding | Willis' Ferry Headache

Tamatha Paul joined us this afternoon to respond to NActNZ's announcement on Youth Crime. We talk about the likely negative result NZ will get from these raft of legislations and how this government seems to be allergic to evidence and expertise. Pharmac's funding is great news for NZ and we want to give credit where credit is due to National...however...it does feel like the have been forced into it by announcing which cancer drugs Pharmac was going to fund where they are not allowed legally to make that decision. Maybe they have stumbled into a good decision which, to be clear, is great for NZ Nicola Willis' decision to scrap the Labour Government's plan for a new ferry system has come back to bite her on the butt within 6 months of making the decision.
