避免陷入感情模式的信仰心理

佛教的教育是多方觀察，反覆求證，但信仰則偏向於情感的認同。情感模式的信仰有兩種：一種是過度樂觀的信仰，認為只要我對別人好，別人一定也會對我好；另一種是負面反向的信仰，認為所有的人都是壞人，即使有人對他好，也一定是別有居心，因此處處防範。這兩種感情模式的信仰都有問題，都會造成自己與他人的困擾，也會錯過美好的人、事。學習佛法，一定要特別注意，避免落入感情模式的信仰。
