BIA Ep. 87 – Expanding The Playoffs

Could we be seeing the end of the four-team College Football Playoff in favor of a 12-team expanded playoff? That movement took a huge step forward on Thursday as a subcommittee of the CFP recommended a move from four to 12 teams, but there is a long way to go before we will see anything different in terms of how college football crowns a champion. We are breaking down the proposal with our immediate reactions to what we have seen, who would be in, who would be off, who would play four games and who would play three. Where would games be played? And when? We have some ideas on how that would be sorted out. And is this just too much football to ask these players to take part in? We go into that as well.
