Losing a loved one is one of the greatest pains a human can endure. When you lose a child that agony increases tenfold. The tendency is to feel that life has lost its meaning and joy is gone forever.
But is it possible to alchemize that ache into something that leaves you with hope and optimism for the future. According to my guest Bianca Torrence the answer is a resounding yes. When Bianca’s Olympian bound son, David, died unexpectedly she felt bereft and inconsolable.
