Bibee’s Struggles, Guardians’ Comeback | Cleveland Guardians News

Cleveland Guardians roar back with a 9-5 win in Baltimore, snapping a slump and reclaiming wild-card control. Tanner Bibee, who’d been stuck with near-zero run support all season, got his first real boost — a six-run cushion early — before getting rocked in the fifth. Despite allowing five earned runs, the offense answered with three more in the seventh, capped by Brayan Rocchio’s clutch two-run single. Now just three games behind Chicago in the AL Central, the Guardians stay hot as Foster Griffin takes the mound tonight against Shane Baz.
