Biblical Rest...

Last week, our topic was “Hiding or Hidden” – Part 1 and we talked about the impossibility of trying to hide from the Lord, and more. So, this week, we were supposed to look at the idea of “being hidden by God”. Therefore, you may have been a little surprised to see that our topic is “Biblical Rest”, but that’s because, as always, the Holy Spirit had other plans. A few weeks ago, “While in Winter”, we looked at biblical rest, a place that I am still in. I realize now that I had found myself in “full speed ahead” mode, when the Holy Spirit said, “pump the brakes”! Then He began to ask me some rather thought-provoking, soul-searching questions, and the first being, are you truly mentally and spiritually prepared for where you are going? Therefore, this week, we are going to take a closer look at the question... Remember Our Steps are Ordered!
