Remember that what is being spoken must be spiritually discerned to understand the revelation revealed to you. Paul mentions the ground in first Timothy chapter three and verse fifteen in a light that manifests truth. Seeing the ground in this light is critical to understanding Genesis beyond what can be observed with the natural eyes. What can be seen is temporary, but what can not be seen is eternal. 1 Timothy 3:15 But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth (KJV). Stay focused on the "ground of the truth," although earth's land should not be dismissed altogether. Genesis 3:17 And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life (KJV). And so what happened? The land got cursed; this was just the traditional land of the earth that was cursed and was not the pillar and ground of the truth where God had formed Adam.
