Her new initiative, Ethos Pathways, builds on that by addressing climate anxiety and workforce readiness among youth.With early support from MassCEC and the BIC Stage 2 Accelerator, Lani is developing the Berkshire Climate Career Lab—a program designed to reach environmental justice communities across the region and connect them with green jobs.
