In breaking news, Biden is finally fighting back and has filed his FIRST SUIT against TRUMP's DOJ, this time to stop release of his most personal and private musings contained on 70 hours of audio recordings by his biographer about the 2014-2015 year in Biden's life when he lost his son Beau to brain cancer and had to decide whether to run for president against Hillary in 2016.  They are not presidential papers, and they were not the basis of the Special Counsel Robert Hur's report about Biden's handling of classified documents, but Trump wants them released to try to cut and paste them and selectively edit them to embarrass Biden and diminish his legacy.
