El próximo 25 de abril se llevará a cabo en Bogotá la conferencia internacional sobre Venezuela, convocada por el presidente Gustavo Petro. Esta reunión buscará ayudar a reactivar el diálogo entre el Gobierno de Nicolás Maduro y la oposición. Sobre esa reunión se habló a puerta cerrada en la cita que tuvo Gustavo Petro con Joe Biden en días pasados en la Casa Blanca. La propuesta de que Petro fuera facilitador para esta reunión provino del Departamento de Estado de los Estados Unidos, quienes han sido los más interesados en lograr esta reunión en Bogotá.
