He wants a full withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan by September. He has officially recognized the Armenian genocide, angering Turkey. He has called frozen arms sales to Saudi Arabia and withdrawn US support for the Saudi-led war in Yemen. He has talked tough on China and Russia, angering Putin by openly calling him a killer.
