Big Iceberg Floats and Feeds the Ocean What is A23a? It's two times bigger than New Taipei City. It's almost as tall as Taipei 101! 什麼是A23a? 它比新北市還大兩倍，跟台北101一樣高。 A23a is an iceberg! That's a mountain of ice. Most of it is underwater. It's very heavy. But it floats in the ocean, the same as an ice cube in your milk tea! A23a是一座冰山。冰山有一大部分沉在水裡，而且很重。但是它可以漂在海面上。 A23a is the biggest iceberg in the world now. Ocean waves push it and it moves… very, very slowly… A23a是現今世界上最大的冰山。它隨著洋流緩慢地移動。 As years go by, the iceberg slowly melts and gives nutrients to the ocean. 幾年過去了，這座冰山的養分慢慢溶到海裡。 The nutrients help very, very small plants grow. Small ocean animals eat these plants and grow! Then bigger ocean animals eat the smaller ones. Then… this goes on and on! 這些養分幫助很小的植物生長，小型的海生動物吃這些植物，再被大一點的動物吃掉，以此類推。 Waves are pushing A23a to Iceberg Alley, an ocean path where many icebergs are.
