Determined to prove Trump right, the Libertarian Party espouses perpetual irrelevance and likely assisted suicide through the nomination of a leftist. And, in an effort to totally outdo themselves, the delegates tabbed a corrupt cop as his VP. Despite the heroic efforts of great people like Angela McCardle, Dave Smith, Michael Rectenwald and Michael Heise, the LP is like that freighter that ran into the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore a couple of months ago--a disaster captained by hall monitors--present and remote--who were justly stuffed into lockers in grade school and now seek revenge on the cool-kids-turned-adults.All this proves a valuable point: It's best to disassociate one's self from compromised institutions infiltrated with crazies. That is, unless, said institution happens to be the conduit of grace and salvific portal of salvation established by Jesus Christ Himself.
