Melanie helped found Concrete Cloud Theatre Company, is the Co-Artistic Director of Two-Man's Theatre Company and in 2021 became the Co-Artistic Director of Watch This. She is a founding member and treasurer of AWE Alliance (Australian Women in Arts & Entertainment), President of ART ETC. Collective (Australian Repertory Theatre, Expanding The Canon), and is on the panel of the Helen Noonan Prize. Along with exploring and continuing to develop her performance and directing skills.
