This week on The Brit Pack, we took a look ahead to the UFC 250 card as the UFC Apex plays host to its first pay-per-view event. But before we discussed the key matchups on the card, we took the decision to talk about a topic that has surpassed everything else in the world right now.We may come from the same country (though we now live on opposite sides of the Atlantic) but we come from very different backgrounds. And despite those differences in our heritage and upbringing, we were both in full agreement that the right thing to do on this week’s show was to discuss the events that have taken place in the United States following the death of George Floyd while in police custody on May 25, and the protests that have followed since.It’s a difficult topic, but one we felt we wanted to address on this week’s show.Thanks, as always, for listening and supporting the show.
